Kodak T-Max 400 - 120 is the sharpest 400-speed black-and-white film with the finest grain in the world. Continuous tone and panchromatic, this film is eminiently suitable for low-light conditions and fast action. It also lends itself well to extending the flash distance range and for photographing subjects that require good depth of field and fast shutter speeds with maximum quality at speed. It can also be pushed up to EI 1600. High speed (ISO 400/27), extreme sharpness and fine grain, as well as high resolving power lends itself well to scientific and biomedical photography, particularly where fluorescence photography is needed. Rounding out this film's capabilities are: achievable high degree of enlargement, highlight separation, more responsive zone-system development changes (small time adjustments required), quality prints from moderately under- or over-exposed negatives, and shorter push-processing development time.
